Sassy is a chihuahua mix, spayed female, approx. 2 years old, and weighing approx. 5 to 6 lbs.
Sassy originally came from a hoarding situation. She had had little socialization and is learning about people and how to be a pet. When we first took her in she would run away and want to hide. She is better now but still needs to gain confidence around people. On the very positive side, she is little and very cute. She would NOT be good in a home with young children, who we’re sure would scare her. She also would not be a dog for first time dog owners or where she would be left for long hours.
