Pepper

Pepper is a neutered male Shih Tzu, three years old.  His mistress just passed away, and the family couldn’t have an animal where they live so CDHA took Pepper, who is very nervous and confused right now.  We know he’ll settle in before long, but this major change in his life is upsetting for him.
