Mandor is a neutered male Chihuahua mix about two years old and weighing about 11 lbs. Mandor (aka “Manny”) is loving, sweet, well behaved, and low key. He’s good with other dogs and with cats. Manny is not too big or small. He’s a good, little guy who’s going to make a wonderful friend for the fortunate person who adopts him.
