Dorothy

Dorothy (aka “Toto”) is a terrier mix, spayed female, approx. 5 years old and weighing about 20 lbs. Dorothy came to us in deplorable condition—matted, skin problems, etc. She is a doll, who, once rehabilitated, will be a very pretty girl. Right now her foster mom is working on getting Dorothy ready so she can meet the public at clinics.
