Oscar is a Shih Tzu, neutered male, approx. 5 years old and weighing 11 lbs.
Oscar is a little doll. He’s very sweet, gets along well with other dogs and thinks humans are wonderful. He should go to an adopter who knows and loves this wonderful breed.
