Jasper is a Pekingnese mix, neutered male, approx. 3 years.

Jasper is a good, little guy who likes belly rubs going for walks, and playing with toys.  His foster mom says that he sometimes can be a little bossy with her dogs.It’s most likely because he wan to  be the center of attention.
