Roscoe

Roscoe is a neutered male rat terrier mix, approx. 3 years old. Roscoe, who weighs only about 10 lbs., is very sweet. He seems to be so worried about getting into trouble that he has constant worry lines on his forehead. He wants to please and to be accepted. he’s going to make a wonderful, little friend.
